Amazon will raise fees for sellers who use its Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service by an average of 3.5% beginning January 15, 2025. The Amazon Seller Central announcement came on Wednesday and included some news of lower fees for certain Buy with Prime and AWD services.
The fee changes relevant to the greatest number of sellers include the following:
Amazon also announced some fee decreases for Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD), which is an up-stream storage solution that lets sellers replenish inventory into Fulfillment by Amazon service fulfillment centers.
Amazon thanked sellers in its announcement and wrote, “We have continued to invest in powerful, reliable, and fast services for your warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment needs. These services are designed to support you across your sales channels, and we’re excited to see how you have leveraged them to optimize inventory levels, delight customers with faster delivery, and drive growth at a great value.”
Notably, last month, Amazon promised it would not raise Referral and FBA fees in the US in 2025.
